Futureco Bioscience has been present with its stand at the Annual Biocontrol Industries Meeting, from 23 to 25 october in Basel.
This year the meeting has surprised all expectations and exceeded the 1000 attendees, a record of attendance since it began to celebrate 11 years ago. This influx is certainly a symptom of the boom in the biostimulant and biopesticides sector, alternatives to conventional agrochemicals whose market gap widens, as governments around the world regulate the use of fertilizers and pesticides by minimizing waste and the impact on the environment. For this reason, many industries have seen in the sector a place for new developments and innovation opportunities of clean solutions, as Futureco Bioscience anticipated almost 25 years ago when its CEO and founder Rafael Juncosa chose this path of development and line of business.
A total of 1046 delegates representing more than 500 companies and coming from over 50 countries across the globe attended ABIM 2017. The program covered a variety of topics for the industry and provided a great opportunity for networking with other manufacturers and suppliers active in the biocontrol industry.
